CBC Hughes, formerly Hughes Behavioral & Mental Health Services, excels in our work to assist our intellectually and/or developmentally disabled (I/DD) clients and caregivers because we believe it starts with a strong foundation: our team. NC I/DD services, supports & community to better serve you and your family.

CBC Hughes’ services are provided through the NC Innovations Waiver. We understand how important it is to plan for and utilize resources to the best advantage for each of our clients. We’re happy to help you navigate the services you need and answer questions about the waiver process to secure them.

In addition to the I/DD services, we work to integrate community activities into the lives of our clients. Everyone benefits from some fun and social time in multiple ways!

Hughes BMHS has been providing IDD services to individuals since Jan 2008.

We have served over 182 clients as of the beginning of 2020!

We currently have 327 employees.

We are in the Partners catchment area which covers Burke, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Rutherford, Surry, and Yadkin counties. We are currently serving individuals in Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Surry and Yadkin counties.
