Founded in 1993, CBC HomeCare has centered our organization around the core belief that our team is what makes us excellent.

We provide a variety of the services you need and expect under the NC Innovations and B3 Medicaid waivers as well as private pay services.

Our team understands the importance of navigating I/DD services and other resources with attention to maximizing what works for you. After all, we’re here to help!

We serve 753 people across North Carolina.

We support 105 individuals with Alternative Family Living (AFLs).

We scored an overall 72, compared to the industry benchmark of 35 for healthcare in NC, when asked "how likely are you to recommend HomeCare as a provider to others?"

We serve 151 people with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Disorder.
